Living wage at ASN Bank

Dutch ASN Bank is a frontrunner in the financial sector when it comes to implementing human rights. The bank has an extensive human rights policy with regards to investing in companies that operate internationally. The bank also plays a visible role in society as a champion for sustainability and human rights.

This year the bank decided to focus on living wage. I support their human rights team with setting a goal and strategy. Together with Edwin Koster I will provide training sessions on living wage for a wider group of staff.

I also started drafting a Living Wage Manual to monitor companies' progress.
